I have had a claim what should I do?

All claims must be reported in Mexico before you return to the US. To file a claim simply call the number on the policy or below. The carrier will send out an adjustor to file a report. Once the claim has been filed you will be provided with different options depending on the situation. You can return to the US to have your vehicle fixed, have it fixed locally, or it may be that you need to find alternate transportation home (the options are subject to the terms and conditions of the coverage you purchased).
