Having trouble processing a credit card payment? Please see below for a few common issues:
- Do you see a field to enter the number but cannot enter it? This may be due to an old browser that you are using. Try clicking refresh in the browser, or better yet, load the quote in a different, updated browser and try again.
- Do you not see an option to enter a Credit card number at all?
Call us to verify your account is set up properly. - Are you receiving a duplicate policy error? This is because our system has found your VIN on an active policy. Click "Click here to see what appears to be the duplicate policy" to view the existing policy or click "I understand this may be duplicate, and wish to proceed anyway" to enter payment information again (the first was not charged) and purchase your policy.
